You can manually deactivate a listing via:
"My newhome" > "My Listings" > "Manage Listing" (for the listing you want to deactivate) > "Deactivate"
If needed, you can reactivate the listing during the booked publication period. Please note that deactivating and reactivating a listing does not extend the booked publication period.
Once deactivated, the listing will be permanently deleted after 30 days. For a small fee, your listing can be stored in the archive for up to 5 years. Archived listings can be reactivated at any time, as often as you wish.
If you have a business subscription, the listing will not be deleted. Instead, it will be automatically moved to the archive.
