If you see a status in your listing management and are unsure what it means, you can find an explanation below:
Draft
You have created the listing, but it has not yet been fully completed or submitted for publication. You can complete and publish it at any time under "My newhome" > "My Listings".
Under Review
This status appears after publication. Listings are reviewed on working days between 08:00 and 17:00 to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
Rejected
The listing does not meet the quality requirements or Terms and Conditions and has therefore been rejected. You can edit the listing and resubmit it for review.
Active
The listing has been approved and is published on newhome.ch.
Inactive
The listing is currently not published. You can reactivate it at any time under "My newhome" > "My Listings". An inactive listing will be automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days unless it is reactivated or archived.
