Receipt per property

For customers with a FLEX subscription, the optional billing method "Receipt per property" is available. This option is particularly useful when listing costs need to be allocated internally or charged on to third parties.

With this billing option, property-specific receipts are generated in addition to the consolidated invoice.

Included documents

• Consolidated invoice as a PDF
• Separate receipt for each published property (without payment slip)
• Excel file with an overview of all billed properties

Where can I find these documents?

All invoices and additional documents are available for download in your user account under "My newhome" > "Invoices":

• XLS file: Overview of all properties in spreadsheet format
• PDF file: Consolidated invoice showing the total amount
• ZIP file: Individual property receipts as PDF files
