The FLEX subscription consists of a monthly base fee and property-related charges:
- Monthly base fee: CHF 20.00 plus VAT
- Property costs: Charges per active property and day according to the price list below. The calculation is dynamic: the more listing days you have within a calendar month, the lower the daily rate becomes.
The detailed calculation of your charges is shown on your monthly invoice.
