Reasons why a listing may be rejected

A listing, or parts of a listing, may be rejected. If this happens, please review the comments provided in the rejection email and update your listing accordingly to meet our quality requirements.

Possible reasons for rejection:

• The property is not located in Switzerland, or it is not an existing or planned property available for sale or rent.
• The listing is a property search request.
• The owner's consent for publication has not been obtained or cannot be provided upon request.
• Multiple listings have been created for the same property.
• A listing with a fixed publication period is being used for more than one property.
• The information provided in the listing is incorrect, misleading, or does not relate to the advertised property.
• The property has been assigned to the wrong category.
• The property is no longer available.
• The content of the listing (e.g. images, text or videos) infringes personal rights or other third-party rights.
• Images, videos or documents are not directly related to the property, or the required usage rights are not available.
• The listing contains symbols, labels or references that imply newhome additional services which have not been booked.
• The listing contains erotic, discriminatory, political or otherwise unlawful content.
• Contacting the advertiser or arranging a viewing requires the use of chargeable telephone, internet or registration services.
