Delete user account

To permanently delete your user account:

1. Open “My newhome” > “User account”.
2. Scroll down to “Login data” and click “Delete account”.
3. Important: By clicking this button, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.
4. Confirm the deletion by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
5. The deletion process takes 30 days and becomes final once this period has expired.
