User account locked

If your account has been locked after several incorrect password attempts, you can unlock it using the "Forgot Password?" function.

1. On the login page, click "Forgot Password?".
2. Enter your email address (it must match the email address stored in your user profile).
3. You will receive an email containing a password reset link (please check your spam folder if necessary).
4. Click the link and choose a new password.
5. Save the new password. Your account will then be unlocked and accessible again.

Password requirements

• At least 8 characters
• A combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
