FREE is exclusively available to private users who would like to publish a listing on newhome.ch free of charge for the first time. The FREE option allows one free publication for the first listing (apartment, house, or parking space) for a period of 7 days.
Extension after the 7-day period
Before the listing period expires, you will be informed about the option of a paid extension. If you choose to extend the listing, it will automatically be converted to the CLASSIC format.
What happens if you do not extend the listing?
If no extension is selected, the listing will be deactivated after 7 days and automatically deleted after a further 30 days.
While the listing is deactivated, it can be reactivated as a paid CLASSIC listing or archived at any time before deletion. You will be notified in advance before the listing is permanently deleted.
