- Private individuals only
- Only for your first publication on newhome.ch
- Valid for apartments, houses and parking spaces
- Free publication period: 7 days
Extension after 7 days Before the publication period expires, you will be informed about the option to extend your listing for a fee. If you choose to extend it, your listing will automatically be converted to a CLASSIC listing.
What happens if I do not extend my listing?
- The listing will be deactivated after 7 days.
- After a further 30 days, it will be automatically deleted.
- Until it is deleted, the deactivated listing can be reactivated as a paid CLASSIC listing or archived at any time.
- You will be notified in advance before the listing is permanently deleted.
