CLASSIC: services, duration and costs

If you would like to publish a listing without a subscription, CLASSIC is the right option.

With CLASSIC, private individuals and companies can advertise rental and sales properties on newhome.ch flexibly, without a contract commitment and without a monthly base fee.

What are the benefits of CLASSIC?

• Publish rental and sales properties without a subscription.
• Upload up to 30 images.
• Add floor plans and documents.
• Display virtual tours.
• Publish listings anonymously.

How are the costs calculated?

With CLASSIC, you only pay for the publication period you choose. There is no monthly base fee. The publication costs are the same for all property types (e.g. houses, apartments, parking spaces, hobby rooms, etc.):

• 15 days: CHF 139
• 30 days: CHF 179
• 60 days: CHF 249

Extension and expiry

Before the publication period ends, we will inform you about the option to extend your listing.

Important: If no extension is selected, the listing will be deactivated and automatically deleted after a further 30 days. During this period, the listing can be reactivated or archived at any time. You will be notified in advance before the listing is permanently deleted.
