Archive a listing

If you no longer need a listing but would like to keep it for future reference, you can archive it.

1. Log in to your account and go to "My newhome" > "My Listings".
2. Select the desired listing.
3. Click "Manage Listing".
4. Choose "Archive".

The listing will no longer be published but will remain available in your account.

Delete a listing

Listings can no longer be recovered once they have been deleted.

A deactivated listing is automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days unless it is reactivated or archived beforehand. You will be informed in advance before the deletion takes place.

Note: Deleting or archiving a listing does not entitle you to a refund of any listing or promotion fees already paid.
