Edit a listing

If you would like to make changes to an existing listing, you can edit it in your account and then republish it.

1. Go to "My newhome" and "My Listings".
2. For the desired listing, click "Manage Listing" and then "Edit".
3. If required, switch between "Property", "Details", "Media", and "Contact", or navigate using "Next".
4. After making your changes, click "Proceed to Publication".
5. Choose a promotion or select "Publish without Promotion", then publish the listing.

You can edit your listing at any time. Please note that any changes will also be reviewed by newhome for quality assurance before they are published.

Please note: The property type cannot be changed after the listing has been created. If you need a similar listing with a different property type (e.g. apartment instead of house), create a copy of the listing and publish the copy. The same applies if you want to change a listing from for sale to for rent, or vice versa.
