Create and publish a listing

If you would like to publish a listing on newhome.ch, follow these steps after clicking "Create Listing".

1. Property

• Enter a title.
• Select the listing type, property type, and property subtype.
• Enter the location: specify the town/city as well as the street and, ideally, the house number.
• Decide whether only the town/city or the exact address should be published (tick "Publish Street / No." if required).
• Move the map marker if necessary (click, hold, and drag it to the correct location).

2. Details

• Enter detailed information about the property.
• Use the "Description" field to provide a clear and informative description of the property.

3. Media

• Upload images, floor plans, and other documents.
• Only use media that is directly related to the property.
• Upload at least one image.

4. Contact

• Enter your contact details.
• Optional: Activate "Publish Anonymously".

5. Publication

1. Click "Proceed to Publication".
2. Select the desired listing duration and click "Next".
3. Choose a promotion or click "Continue without Promotion".
4. Select a payment method.
5. Accept the Terms and Conditions by ticking the checkbox.
6. Click "Pay xxx". Your listing will then be submitted for review.

Once approved, your listing will be published on newhome.ch.
