Consider how and when you would like to be contacted. Make sure you can be reached by email (contact form in the listing) or phone while your listing is active so that you can respond to viewing requests and any questions about the property.
You can also provide additional information about your availability, such as your preferred contact times. Even if you receive a high number of enquiries, it is good practice to respond promptly.
If you would like to protect your privacy, you can publish your listing anonymously. Interested parties will then only be able to contact you via our contact form, and your personal details will not be visible.
If required, you can also add a viewing link in the viewing information field.
