Problems uploading images

Possible causes and solutions

• Image file is too large (maximum 13 MB per file):
  The upload may be cancelled automatically.
  Solution: Reduce the file size and, if necessary, use an image compression tool.

• File path is too long:
  In rare cases, newhome may not be able to process very long file paths.
  Solution: Copy the image to a shorter file path before uploading.

  Example:
  Instead of:
  C:\data\realestate\appenzell\mainstreet\floor1\images\bathroom.jpg

  Use:
  C:\images\bathroom.jpg
  or
  C:\bathroom.jpg

• File path entered manually:
  Solution: Always select images using the "Browse" button rather than typing the file path manually.

• Unsupported file format:
  Solution: Only upload images in the following formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png.
