Signs of potentially fraudulent property listings:
- Unusually low or high price compared to similar properties in the area
- Incomplete, contradictory, or implausible information about the property
- Noticeably poor spelling or grammar in the listing
- Images that do not match the description or appear to be stock photos
- Unusual or missing contact details, such as unverifiable email addresses
- Requests for advance payments before a property viewing has taken place
