Changing the Main Property Type or Listing Type

If you have selected the wrong property type (e.g. multi-family house instead of house) or listing type (for sale instead of for rent), please proceed as follows:

1. Copy the listing with the incorrect property type or listing type (see Copy a listing).
2. Make the desired changes in the copy (the new listing will initially have Draft status).
3. Then go through the individual listing steps (1–4), complete the information and publish the listing.
