- Multiple listings have been created for the same property.
- A listing with a fixed publication period is being used for more than one property.
- The information in the listing is incorrect, misleading, or unrelated to the advertised property.
- The property has been assigned to the wrong category.
- The property is no longer available.
- The content of the listing (e.g. images, texts, or videos) infringes personality rights or other rights of third parties.
- Images, videos, or documents are not directly related to the property, or the required usage rights are not available.
- The listing contains symbols, labels, or references that imply additional newhome services that have not been booked.
- The listing contains erotic, discriminatory, political, or otherwise unlawful content.
- Contacting the advertiser or arranging a viewing requires the use of paid telephone, internet, or registration services.
