Import User Assignment

This error means that the listing could not be assigned to a user.

Possible cause 1:
The Agency ID transmitted in the IDX file does not match the Agency ID stored in newhome.ch. Please check the transmitted Agency ID and ensure that the correct Agency ID is exported in future.

Possible cause 2:
The first Exa number (second column in the log) identifies the interface for which the log was created. The second Exa number corresponds to the Agency ID transmitted for the listing.

This error indicates that no recipient with Agency ID exa10020 is configured for interface exa10018. Please verify the interface configuration and the transmitted Agency ID.

Invalid Country Code

The transmitted country code is invalid. For listings located in Switzerland, please use the country code CH and export the listing again.

Missing Title

No title was transmitted for the listing. As a title is mandatory for publication, please add a title in your real estate software and then perform a new export.
